Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Exchanges and refunds are only offered in the event that our store has made an error; however, if you are unhappy with your order because it is not as expected, please visit our contact page. We are happy to work with you!
Do you ship internationally?As of right now, we unfortunately do not offer international shipping because of shipping restrictions. We hope to ship internationally soon!

When should I expect my order?Because orders are made from scratch, they may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks due to material shipping. Premade orders are usually shipped within a week and require an extra 5-7 business days for shipping.
Do you offer custom orders?We unfortunately do not offer custom orders but are working on adding them to our shop very soon!
